Royal Mail’s international service continues to be affected by a ‘ransomware’ attack by criminal hackers. On 19th January, Royal Mail restarted export of “limited volumes” of mail from a backlog that has built up, but is still advising customers not to send mail that needs a customs declaration. Therefore, we will not be posting orders to non-UK destinations until Royal Mail’s normal service resumes. In the meantime, we offer DHL courier shipments as an alternative. Royal Mail domestic post is unaffected.
